Edgar (Ted) Collison received his undergraduate degree from DePauw University. He received his law degree from John Marshall with distinction. He has been active as a trial lawyer for over 30 years. He began his career as an Assistant State's Attorney in Kane County. He has served as the co- chairman of the worker's compensation committee in Kane County. He has been selected as a "Leading Lawyer" from the Leading Lawyer's Network since 2004. He is a licensed attorney in Illinois since 1976. He is also licensed in Iowa. He has numerous jury trial verdicts and numerous million dollar settlements in personal injury and worker's compensation. He is also licensed in the United States District Court in the Northern District of Illinois, 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He has been a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers, American Trial Lawyers, Illinois State Bar, Chicago Bar, Kane County Bar, and Lake County Bar Associations.
